Who Is Mandie Sullivan Realtor & Mortgage Originator
Personal Mortgage Brokers
Born in London and raised in Chistlehurst, Kent, Mandie Sullivan soon came to realize why that part of the world is referred to as 'The Garden of England'. Mandie's father was an avid gardener and he encouraged her growing interest in horticulture. In visiting some of England's splendid gardens, Mandie found herself enjoying the tours of the prestigious homes and castles even more! Now she finds herself fortunate to be able to indulge this passion by helping people buy and sell their own "castles".... an Englishman's castle is his home!
When Mandie Sullivan first came to Newport, eighteen years ago, she discovered a piece of America which had captured some of those places in England which she loved as a child. After traveling extensively, Mandie decided to settle in this part of the world because it had everything she and her son were looking for; close to the water, good schools, a safe environment, changing seasons, a choice of beautiful homes - and of course, great gardening! Mandie is very much at home here. When she is not working with buyers and sellers, she takes the time to involve herself with the local community. Mandie Sullivan has been the Chair of the Academy of Information Technology at Newport's Rogers High School Career and Technical Center, and as Chair of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce's Internship Committee promoting the importance of internships throughout the state. Currently, she serves on the Advisory Board for The Center for Women In Enterprise, whose mission is to serve women business owners in the state.
Mandie's professional background includes working with Morgan Stanley Investment Bank in London and in the operation of her own business consulting and software development company specializing in technological solutions to enhance sales, marketing and communication. Mandie is passionate about helping people find the right solutions and understand difficult and confusing situations. She now applies her business experience and professionalism to Focus Professionals, Inc. and to her clients, helping them find solutions to their real estate and financing needs. Please let us know how we can help you. |
